  • Registration fee is (15 USD) mandatory for all participants (Fully Funded, Partially Funded, and Self Funded).

  • Provide accurate information during registration.

  • Acknowledge and agree to the summit’s terms and conditions.

2. Code of Conduct

  • Treat all participants, organizers, and staff with respect and professionalism.

  • No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.

  • Report any violations of the code of conduct to the organizing team.

3. Attendance and Participation

  • Attend all scheduled sessions and activities unless otherwise excused.

  • Actively participate in discussions, workshops, and networking events.

  • Arrive on time for sessions and respect time limits for presentations.

4. Health and Safety

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the summit organizers.

  • Report any emergencies or safety concerns to the organizing team immediately.

  • Adhere to venue rules and regulations (e.g., no smoking in restricted areas).

5. Intellectual Property (IP) and Confidentiality

  • Respect the intellectual property rights of speakers, organizers, and fellow participants.

  • Do not record or distribute sessions without prior permission.

  • Mark confidential materials as such and avoid sharing them without consent.

6. Networking and Collaboration

  • Engage in meaningful and respectful networking with other participants.

  • Fully funded and partially funded participants must use resources (ticket, accommodation, meals, etc.,) responsibly and as intended.

  • Self-funded participants are responsible for covering all their expenses.
